💡 Every room can be taken as double occupancy (₹9,000 per seat) or single occupancy (₹15,000) — both include hygienic homely meals. The hostel has just 23 rooms, including 2 super-luxury rooms (rates on request), so seats are limited. A late fee of ₹20/day applies after the 5th; the refundable caution money (security deposit) is not refunded if a resident leaves within 6 months of admission or vacates without 30 days' prior written notice. Please confirm current availability with the warden.
